the room was spacious and clean with thoughtful comforts. the location allowed easy access to many attractions (sightseeing was so easy!).

i noticed some minor details . the bellman did not greet well enough. i expected a bit more personal treatment considering the price.

the gym had modern equipment. i saw multiple treadmills plus stationary bikes. the breakfast offered a wide selection of items and fresh juices. the location provided easy access to nearby attractions.

the air conditioning in my room was not working effectively. it made the room uncomfortably warm at night. the process for checking in took longer than expected. there were multiple staff present, but no one acknowledged my presence initially.

The service was really really good. every request was catered for promptly. the staff were all so friendly, attentive and cute. the breakfast was amazing and a highlight. I especially appreciated the fresh pastries and wide selection of cheeses.

excellent service great variety train station dated room limited selection

the breakfast was excellent. it had great variety and the service was excellent (i especially liked the fresh pastries). the location is really convenient for exploring the area. the train station nearby made getting around very easy.

the room i had felt a little dated. the technology was not up to par with other hotels of similar standing (i missed having more usb ports). also, the minibar selection was surprisingly limited. i expected more variety in terms of snacks.
